Waikoloa Village

The second oldest course on the Big Island and a local favorite, Waikoloa Village Golf Club is situated in an arid location, nestled in the foothills of Mauna Kea overlooking the Pacific Ocean, which virtually assures good playing conditions 365 days per year.

This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course features generous fairways with wide, forgiving landing areas which encourage aggressive tee shots and the large and well well-bunkered, undulating greens provide a test for any level of golfer. Located at approximately 1,000 feet of elevation, golfers are treated to views of five volcanoes - Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Hualalai and Haleakala on Maui as well as the Kohala coastline.

The course is challenging enough for the serious golfer, but fun for beginners as well. The 6791-yard par-72 course has all of the feel of a Jones design, with additional challenges unique to this island landscape. Waikoloa Village Golf Course fits harmoniously into the natural beauty of the setting. One of Hawaii's best-kept secrets, with practice facilities and a pro shop stocked with golf equipment and accessories the Waikoloa Village Golf Course is a great place to practice, shop and most of all play golf.
